During our recent stay at Hotel Alpi in Malcesine, we were blown away by the exceptional service and amenities provided. From the moment we arrived, the staff's good attitude towards my elderly parents was evident, making us feel truly welcomed and valued. The heating and air conditioning in our room ensured our utmost comfort, especially during a muggy night, where the new air conditioning unit worked wonders. The terrace area with plenty of sun loungers and garden furniture offered a peaceful retreat with stunning views of the town and lake. Not only were the rooms clean and beautifully furnished, but the abundance of free toiletries and the modern en-suite with a fabulous shower truly exceeded our expectations. The complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms was a convenient addition, allowing us to stay connected during our relaxing getaway. The hotel's convenient location near various restaurants and cafes made dining options plentiful, further enhancing our overall experience. Hotel Alpi surpassed all our requirements, and we are already looking forward to returning to this exceptional establishment soon!
